Our office is located at the southwest corner of Windhaven Pkwy. and the Dallas North Tollway]

Driving Directions:

If you are going North on Dallas Pkwy, take the Windhaven Pkwy exit and make a U-turn. ProActive Dental will be immediately to your right.

If you are going South on Dallas Pkwy, take the Spring Creek Pkwy/Windhaven Pkwy exit. On the service road, go through the traffic light for Windhaven Pkwy. ProActive Dental will be immediately on your right.
